 CSEA Unit 8785 - Town of Southold is a membership organization of 150 public employees of the Town of Southold. This Unit is a chartered member organization of the CSEA (Civil Service Employees Association) which is the largest and most powerful Union in New York State with membership of 265,000 and growing everyday and by itself is the largest local within AFSCME (Association of Federal, State, County, Municipal Employees) which is the largest Union in the United States of America and a proud member organization of the largest house of labor in the world, the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO)!
